On August 29, members of WFWP Nigeria organized a special community clean up event at the palace of the Paramount Ruler of Yala. This was a part of activities that marked the heavenly new yam festival for 2020.

WFWP members shared that the event was remarkable and friendly. They also believed that the young ladies of WFWP did a great job.

The event was organized to help clean up the environment by sweeping the roads and cutting the grass within the area.

The wife of the Paramount ruler, Mrs. Theresa Onah expressed gratitude to Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon, the organizers of WFWP Nigeria, and the National President, Mrs. Risa Smart, for inspiring women to engage in community development programs. They were delighted that women within the community are embracing the peace organization.
